General Terms and conditions "Camping Karolina"

1. Reservations
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the whole stay is required within two weeks of making the reservation paid to our bank account. Upon confirmation of the transfer the booking will be confirmed.

2. Payment
The remaining amount is to be transferred to our bank account no later than 6 weeks before arrival date. Should this not be the case then the booking will be cancelled.

3. Cancelations
We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy in the case that you cannot travel as we do have a 100% cancellation policy from 6 weeks before arrival. The already paid sum is not refundable.

4. During your stay
You are expected to leave the chalet as it has been found, cleaned and neat. You are responsible for the chalet and the contents for which you will be charged in case of loss or damage. This rule is part of the hire agreement.

5. Responsibility
If you do have any complaints or problems then please report it directly to the camp manager. For damage to goods, vehicles, theft or accidents during your stay whilst on site is the Camping not liable.

6. Particular circumstances
If E. Vernet through superior power in whichever form is forced to cancel the rent agreement then you will receive the already paid sum back.
